DESCRIPTION:Brand new in 2026\, the Iowa Trail Run Series is heading to Sleepy Hollow in Des Moines-part of Polk County Conservation’s family of parks. On June 27 you can run a 5k or 10k – up to you! \nWhen you join these races you’ll get a great race with clear marking and course support\, with basic timing\, a cool custom bib\, and a rotating race item such as a BUFF\, socks\, a stocking cap\, coffee mug\, and aluminum water bottle. Signing up for the entire series includes a series gift! Plenty of post-race food to refuel! \nThis race is hosted by Iowa Trail Runs which obtains a special permit to operate on the Sleepy Hollow grounds.
