Banquet Facilities Sleepy
Hollow’s beautiful 9,000 square foot lodge is the focal point for the entire
sports complex. Sleepy Hollow hosts a variety of events throughout the year
including:
- Wedding Receptions
- Holiday Parties
- Class Reunions
- Rehearsal Dinners

- Family Reunions

The Lodge Party Rooms
Within the Lodge at Sleepy Hollow are two banquet rooms that seat from 80 to 90 guests separately and together can seat 180 guests.
- Main Level Banquet Room - This room is handicapped accessible and houses a complete bar area. It accommodates up to 85 guests with lots of windows for great views of the outdoor ski area and summer activities.
- Outdoor Covered Deck - The deck is attached to the Main Level and seats 50 . It is a great area for spring, summer and fall events.
- Upper Level Banquet Room - This banquet space can accommodate up to 90 guests and has a dance floor and full projection video unit. The room is accented with a large window bank and vaulted ceiling.
- Picnic Shelter - Our picnic shelter is located next to the lodge and has seating for 160 guests. The shelter can be combined with interior banquet space to allow for extra seating or can be reserved independently.
Catering Menus
- Dinner Menu - Features complete dinners such as New York Strip, Silver Spoon Chicken, and Iowa Chops. All meals come complete with entree, tossed salad, choice of one side dish, rolls w/ butter and a brownie for desert.
- Sandwich Menu - Our sandwich menu features a variety of options which come with chips and a pickle spear. A variety of side dishes may be added.
- Hor D'oeurve Menu - Sometimes an event calls for finger foods, or you may wish to add some appetizers to your other menu. We have a wide variety of finger foods priced in portions to serve 25 guests. Please note that Sleepy Hollow is always willing to price any special food item you may wish to have for your party - just ask.
- Bar Service - Sleepy Hollow can handle your bar anyway you wish; from
cash bar to an open bar and there are no minimum requirements. We serve mixed
drinks, wine, canned and draw beer. For groups over 50 persons we will
provide a bartender free of charge for up to 4 hours. Please call for
additional bar rates.

Rental Fees
Sleepy Hollow requires a non-refundable deposit if you cancel your event. The deposit will be returned after your event barring any damage. Depending on the event, a room rental fee or set up/clean up fee may apply. We do not allow guests to bring food into the park (except for specialty items with prior approval) and you are required to use our catering services. We do have minimum purchases in place for events to reserve banquet space.
